"The best path is yet to be discovered." This is the final comment in Part 3. He also refers to "the democratization of enlightenment." These are new thoughts for me & make me very curious: what would these new paths look like?
(BTW...The comment box is handy for taking notes while listening to the talks!)

Appamada is not just the occasional mindful thought or attentive state of mind, it’s actually a commitment to being attentive.
